Production varies from 100kg per hour to 3000 kg per hour according to customer requirements. Mainly used in frozen dumplings, meatloaf, split meat, fish and shrimp and other seafood, conditioning food and other specifications of food. The freezer is a kind of freezing equipment which can freeze a large number of products in a short period of time. The center temperature of the frozen articles can reach-18 °so that the nutrients can not be lost.
Characteristics of tunnel freezer
1.Tunnel freezing adopts international advanced quick freezing technology, frequency conversion speed regulation. Stainless steel mesh belt, high elastic stainless steel wire, smooth surface, strong bearing capacity; frequency converter stepless regulation of transmission speed.
2.Longitudinal blowing circulation air supply mode, arc air duct, to ensure uniform and rapid freezing of food
